Junior Social Media Manager Intern – Summer 2025

Location: Hybrid (Phoenix-based preferred)
Compensation: Paid · $14.35/hr (20 hrs/week)
Schedule: Part-time · ~20 hours/week

BAES (Before Anything Else, Socials) is a creative studio-meets-social agency where strategy meets scroll-stopping content. We create visuals, campaigns, and brand moments that are effortless, elevated, and never boring. We're looking for a Junior Social Media Manager Intern to join our team this fall to assist in the day-to-day management of client content, campaigns, and social media strategy execution.

💻 What You’ll Do:
✹ Assist in planning, scheduling & posting content across IG, TikTok & Pinterest for clients
✹ Help organize and maintain social content calendars
✹ Support on-site during photoshoots & content days
✹ Source trending audio, captions, and reels ideas
✹ Help write short-form copy for captions, CTAs, and stories
✹ Organize content libraries (Canva, Google Drive, etc.)
✹ Contribute ideas to brand strategy, launches & campaign planning

🎨 You’re a Fit If You:
✹ Live and breathe digital content—know what performs and what feels outdated
✹ Are a great communicator (written + verbal)
✹ V detailed oriented person
✹ Have an eye for design and brand voice consistency
✹ Understand social platforms (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Suite)
✹ Are organized AF and love a good content calendar
✹ Are down to assist with photo and video shoots when needed
✹ Have your own laptop and phone (with access to IG/TikTok)

💅 Bonus if you:
✹ Know Canva, CapCut, or Later
✹ Can edit short-form video or have UGC-style skills
✹ Have experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
✹ Want to eventually grow into a creative or account management role
